PONIES AND HORSES
Ponies is a very rewarding experience. Be sure to thoroughly research before taking a responsibility of owning a pony.When riding a pony a helmet should be warn at all times.

RIDING
Western generally consists of barrel racing, key hole,pole bending among other events, where as English generally consists of dressage,jumping and polo  Lacrosse and more.One key difference is the western saddle has a horn and a English saddle don't.

SIZE 
A normal sized pony is averaged is about 12.2 hand high.Ponies range from about 200 Ibs to 275 Ibs.






SPAYING AND NEUTERING
UN-neutered male ponies tend to fight with other ponies.






HEALTH PROBLEMS
Some health problems include: colic,worms,lameness,trying-up,hoof cracks,dental problems and hoof wall loss.
